The Qin Lab is working on soft lithography -- a collection of techniques based on self assembly and molding using an elastomeric stamp. We aim to fabricate structures and systems for applications in nanotechnology and micro-fluidics, the two areas that exceed the scope defined by microelectronics. Our highly inter- and multi- disciplinary work connects the fields of sciences and  engineering, which should cultivate a synergetic environment to promote undergraduate research experience across disciplines.
